Q: How long will it take for delivery?
Your order will be sent out within 2-5 business days. Estimated shipping delivery depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout and your location.
Do you offer refunds for paperbacks?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at sales@wattneypoetry.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 days after the product has been received. We will not offer refunds after 3 days of receiving your order.
Please note, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on Bruised Books. All sales are final with the bruised collection.
Do you offer refunds on ebooks?
Due to the nature of digital items, there are unfortunately no refunds for downloadable's, and this policy is listed on both the item listing and here. If you made an error in purchase and need, perhaps, a larger bundle that includes the item originally purchased, We will be happy to accommodate those kinds of requests.

**If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed or undeliverable status, and you paid for the shipping, you will receive a full refund; however, if you received free shipping and the order is returned, you will be eligible for a partial refund.**
What’s your exchange policy?
We do not offer returns and exchanges, but if there is something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at sales@wattneypoetry.com
Where can I find your size chart?
Our size charts are attached to the product pages in the products descriptions.
My shirt came in the wrong size.
Contact us at sales@wattneypoetry.com with your order number and let us know. Wait for a reply from us and we will assist you on how to return the order. In most cases, if it is due to a negligence on our part, you will not have to return the order, and we will send you a brand new one.
However, we do not offer an exchange if the wrong size order is due to a negligence on your part. Please do your due diligence and refer to our size chart before you place an order.
Are your shirts only for women?
All our clothing products are unisex. They fit well for both men and women. However, you might want to take a look at our size chart for size references.
How do I track my order?
All orders come with a tracking link. You should receive a tracking link on your email once your item is sent out. For some reason if your tracking link does not work, contact us at sales@wattneypoetry.com with your order number and we will help to assist you.
**We do not take responsibility for any lost packages due to shipment to a wrong address. We advice you to double check your address before confirming your order.**
Do I have to pay for custom fees?
It's important to note that when ordering internationally, customers are responsible for paying any customs fees or import duties imposed by their country's customs authorities. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. In some cases, packages may be held at customs until the fees are paid. We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand the specific regulations and fees that may apply to your order.
My order was delivered but was not received, what do I do now?
If the tracking link states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, We kindly request you perform the following steps:
1. Double-check the delivery address that was provided at the time of payment and make sure it matches your current address.
2. Check with your neighbours. It's possible that your package was mistakenly delivered to a neighbour's address.
3. Contact the carrier. If the above steps do not yield any results, please contact the carrier directly. They will have access to more detailed information about the delivery and can assist you further. Provide them with the tracking number and explain the situation.
We do not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier.
We do not issue refunds or credits for packages the carrier confirms as being delivered.
