International Shipping: Orders are tracked and can take 4-23 business days to be delivered to you. We ship within 2-5 business days. 

Orders over $40 will have free shipping (Canada & USA) $60 for International orders. Orders under $40/$60 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method.

Ebooks: Due to the nature of digital items, there are unfortunately no refunds for downloadable's. 

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed or undeliverable status, and you paid for the shipping, you will receive a full refund; however, if you received free shipping and the order is returned, you will be eligible for a partial refund.

International Orders: it's important to note that when ordering internationally, customers are responsible for paying any customs fees or import duties imposed by their country's customs authorities. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. In some cases, packages may be held at customs until the fees are paid.
